Recruitment Assistant

Introduction

We are looking for a motivated and coachable junior Recruitment Assistant to support our team with candidate identification and outreach. This is an entry-level opportunity ideal for someone early in their career who is interested in recruitment, sales, or talent acquisition.

This role focuses on learning how to find and engage talent, build pipelines, and support recruiters with the early stages of the hiring process. Full training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Support recruiters by building candidate lists using LinkedIn and other tools
• Conduct initial outreach to candidates using templates and recruiter guidance
