In this role, you will aid in coordinating candidate sourcing, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate records, ensuring a smooth experience for applicants and hiring managers alike.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Coordinate communication between candidates and hiring managers to ensure timely feedback and follow-up.
• Maintain accurate candidate tracking and reporting through the applicant tracking system.
