- Responsibility to develop new ideas for material cost savings
- Conceptualize, organize and run Meetings, Workshops, Events to foster innovation and create new ideas for material cost savings
- Evaluate new ideas in form of Business Case and prioritize with regards to saving potential vs. time-to-market
- Align new ideas with Segments' responsible / change processes to initiate implementation
- Tracking of implementation of saving ideas with regards to expected time plan
- Identify blocking points and review together with x-disciplines for potential enablers
- Escalation of potential delays/loss of ideas with significant saving potentials - creation of back-up planning to ensure target fulfilment
- Close alignment with Segments' change steering functions
- Regular reporting of ReDTC savings for ongoing and upcoming two years.
