Overview

The Maintenance Electrical Supervisor is responsible for planning, scheduling, and safely directing all electrical maintenance activities within the refinery. This role oversees a team of electricians responsible for the inspection, maintenance, and repair of electrical distribution systems, ensuring reliable and safe operation of site assets. The supervisor also supports troubleshooting, electrical isolations, and switching activities for both maintenance and project work.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and manage electrical maintenance work using SAP Forelog.
• Lead daily shop and field activities, supporting electrical work execution.
• Review Field Level Hazard Assessments (FLHAs).
