Job Description
Responsibilities
- Maintain existing broker relationships and source new ones within specified territories.
- Increase revenues by meeting yearly targets set by the department and company.
- Manage key account list of 15β20 brokerages; conduct quarterly meetings and monthly reviews with regional directors.
- Spend at least four days per week out of the office making proactive sales calls and visiting brokers; schedule a minimum of 15 broker meetings weekly.
- Analyze efficiency ratios from Tableau and document feedback in the CRM to identify and address trends.
- Develop and maintain competitive intelligence; monitor competitor programs and report changes.
- Prepare and deliver presentations on products, promotions, and compliance requirements; maintain upβtoβdate collateral materials.
