Job Description

  • Develop and implement regional collection strategies and policies.
  • Optimize recovery rates and minimize credit losses.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage collection managers and regional collection teams.
  • Set and monitor collection targets across the region.
  • Analyze collection performance data and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with sales, credit, legal, and other internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines, regulations, and company policies.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide team training and development.
  • Manage relationships with external collection agencies and legal partners.
  • Prepare and present collection performance reports to senior management.
  • Drive process improvements and technological advancements in collection operations.
