Job Description

We are seeking a Regional Digital Lead (LATAM). This role acts as a strategic connector between client marketing objectives and digital channel strategy, ensuring alignment across measurement, insights, and local market execution. The Regional Digital Lead will collaborate closely with the Hub Director, local market teams, analytics, media, creative partners, and client stakeholders to deliver scalable, high‑performing digital solutions across LATAM.

Lead the regional digital agenda for LATAM by integrating business strategy, digital operations, and market execution into a cohesive model that delivers growth, consistency, and operational excellence. This role acts as a senior counterpart to the Regional Hub Director, ensuring strategic alignment across markets while providing leadership to both the digital operations and regional strategy functions.
