The Regional Director, HS&E, will lead and manage HSE functional activities, aligning the company's HSE strategic direction with operational execution. The role ensures compliant and effective implementation of HSE policies, systems, practices, and programs, with a strong focus on risk management, standardization, and continuous improvement. The position also oversees Project HSE business advisory and operations while sponsoring transformational HSE programs.
You, as a Regional Director, HS&E, will:
Strategic HSE Leadership & Planning: Provide strategic leadership for Project HSE by shaping LS&T HSE strategy, standards, roadmaps, and initiatives, and translating them into practical, executable plans aligned with business objectives across a matrix organization.
