The Regional HR Manager oversees the regional HR function for the EMEA region. This role will be actively involved in all aspects of HR programs and strategies, acting as the critical bridge between LMI’s global culture and specific regional EMEA practices.  
 
Reporting to the Director of HR at headquarters, this position will also provide HR Business Partnership with leaders within the region as well as actively contribute as a member of the EMEA Regional Management Team. 
 
The Regional HR Manager will thrive in a fast paced technology environment that promotes teamwork and shared success as well as uses creativity and advanced problem solving skills as we expand both organically and through strategic mergers and acquisitions.
