Regional Indirect Sourcing Leader

Responsible for the end‑to‑end ownership of indirect sourcing and savings initiatives across multiple manufacturing sites. This role leads the full lifecycle of sourcing—from opportunity identification and strategy development (in alignment with Regional Purchasing Manager) through implementation, adoption, and verified savings realization—ensuring sourcing decisions are fully deployed, embraced by plant operations, and translated into measurable and sustainable business value.
