Regional Leasing Manager

Reports To: Associate Director/Director/VP, Operations

Position Summary

The Regional Leasing Manager plays a critical role in supporting CAPREIT’s mission to optimize leasing performance, reduce vacancies, enhance revenue growth and ensure consistent service excellence within the prescribed portfolio. As a strategic partner to regional operations and with strong expertise in sales, customer service, market analysis, and coaching, they identify leasing gaps, provide training, and develop solutions to improve conversion rates and occupancy. Furthermore, they closely collaborate with Operations Partnerships, and Pricing and Sales teams, to align on strategies, velocity targets, develop training programs, and implement industry best practices.
