Your New Role

You will be the hands-on problem solver supporting a residential portfolio across Calgary. Your work will cover general repairs, minor electrical and plumbing, carpentry, drywall patching, painting and everything in between. You will run preventive maintenance checks, jump on emergency repairs when they come up, manage your inventory of tools and supplies and bring in third party vendors for the larger jobs.
