ROLE OVERVIEW
Kwik Lok's Canada Regional Sales Manager (RSM) is responsible for driving revenue growth across Canada. Success in this role requires a proactive and results-oriented approach to sales, a business development mindset and a relationship management focus.
The RSM will manage existing accounts, cultivate new business opportunities, develop and execute sales strategies, build and maintain customer relationships, and achieve sales targets of existing and new solutions. The RSM plays a critical role in expanding the company's market presence, increasing revenue, and ensuring customer satisfaction within the assigned region.
