You will report to the AVP, Wealth Distribution and provide leadership and direction for the implementation and ongoing support of Meridian's Wealth Management strategy. You will develop practice management standards, assist in the development of annual sales plans and budgets for the Wealth Management line of the business, and lead a team of Financial Planners to achieve established sales targets and operational goals.
