Job Overview

As a Registered Dietitian at ParaMed Home Health Care, you will translate scientific, medical, and nutrition information into practical meal plans for patients and families, serving both pediatrics and adults in residential or institutional settings.

What You’ll Do

• Determine nutritional needs of patients and plan, implement, and evaluate normal and therapeutic menus to maintain and enhance general health.
• Aid in the prevention and/or treatment of inadequate nutrition.
• Maintain professional client records related to client encounters and plans in compliance with ParaMed’s policies and the standards applied by the regulatory body or College of Dietitians.

What You Bring

• Registration/licensing with a provincial regulatory college in good standing.
• Current certification (within the past 12 months) of First Aid, CPR (completed in Canada).
• Valid Vulnerable Position Screening (VPS)...
