Job Summary

Working in a fast-paced, dynamic outpatient environment focused on meeting the patient needs of the Sam & Ida Ross Memory Clinic and the Virtual Behavioural Medicine (VBM) program, the successful candidate(s) will be a member of an interprofessional team that provides a comprehensive evidence‑based approach in managing/supporting the care needs of people with complex neuro‑degenerative brain disorders.

The Sam & Ida Ross Memory Clinic provides tertiary level specialist assessment and treatment for people with mild to moderate cognitive impairments and dementia. Problems may include memory loss, cognitive deficits, speech and language disorders due to neurodegenerative brain disease. The VBM program is a rapid access tertiary level specialist program that focuses on treating complex neuropsychiatric behavioural symptoms of advanced dementia for patients living in the community, in Long Term Care and in acute care settings, where existing treatment resou...
