Stapleford Medical Clinic is seeking a skilled and compassionate Full‑Time (37.5 hrs. weekly) Registered Nurse – Diabetes Management / Diabetes Educator to provide high-quality, patient‑centred care through comprehensive education, clinical management, and ongoing monitoring for patients with prediabetes, Type 1, and Type 2 diabetes. This role focuses on empowering patients to effectively manage their condition through evidence‑based education, lifestyle counselling, medication support, and continuous follow‑up.
