VHA is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse for our Child and Family program in Toronto Central. This role involves visiting clients to deliver personalized care that supports their complex medical needs. Responsibilities include medication monitoring, seizure management, and personal care in a supportive, family-oriented setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and monitor client health effectively
• Reevaluate care plans based on ongoing assessments
• Maintain quality care standards and documentation
• Assist with G-tube feeding and tracheostomy as needed
• Participate in on-call availability for client support
Requirements:
• Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Valid Ontario driver’s license and dependable vehicle required
