In accordance with established vision and values of the organization, the Nurse practices in accordance with the standards of professional practice and code of ethics as outlined by the BC College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM), as well as within a client and family centered care model.

The Clinic Nurse provides harm reduction services through a trauma-informed nursing care model to clients with physical or mental health needs and/or concurrent psychiatric and/or substance abuse/misuse disorders.
