Job Description
Join AON’s skilled team as a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) across various locations in Ontario. Deliver compassionate, resident-centered care in a rewarding full-time or part-time role.
As an RPN, you will report to the Director of Care and execute Care Plans while providing hands-on nursing care and expertly supervising care staff. This pivotal position requires you to assess resident needs, monitor health conditions, and assist with daily living activities. Your commitment will enhance the quality of life for residents in our retirement residences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and monitor residents’ health and needs
