Responsibilities

• Function independently as a decision-maker on labeling regulatory issues and ensure that deadlines are met.
• Maintain a strong authority network and maintain contacts with industry associations and key government agencies such as SENASICA, COFEPRIS, etc., to ensure compliance with audit and certification requirements.
• Review and approve all new and revised artwork for technical and grammatical accuracy to ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
• Perform a risk assessment evaluation on product and labeling compliance once hired and implement changes as needed.
• Communicate with customers and the internal partners to ensure that all label changes are accurately incorporated in final artwork.
