Job Description
- Creating and maintaining release strategies and release schedules.
- Coordinating deployments and transitions between DEV, TEST, UAT and PROD environments.
- Managing release management and change management processes.
- Preparing deployment documentation and post-release reports.
- Coordinating the work of development, testing, operations and business teams.
- Monitoring release status and identifying deployment risks.
- Ensuring compliance of deployments with ITIL/DevOps standards and best practices.
- Cooperating with external vendors and supporting continuous improvement of deployment processes.
- Experience in Release Management, Deployment Management or IT Service Management.
