The Opportunity: Reporting to the Site Leader, this role will oversee the implementation all maintenance, automation and engineering long-term strategies and programs aligned with corporate asset reliability & site objectives. Key responsibilities to include, however not limited to, operational equipment maintenance budget, management of continuous improvement initiatives, implement modern manufacturing principles and oversee staffing, training, work practices and processes.
