Your responsibilities will be…
Lead the team of analysts and support them in their responsibilities
Lead and manage finance systems support, ensuring stability and performance
Act as senior escalation point for complex system, data and process issues
Align finance systems with business strategy and drive process standardization
Oversee system governance, data integrity, controls and compliance
Coordinate stakeholders, manage changes and track system KPIs
What you will need to succeed…
Deep understanding of finance and accounting
At least 4 years experience in accounting or audit
BSc/MSc degree in Accounting/Finance/Business
Fluent English language
People management experience
