Job Description
Become a pivotal part of Mercor as a Remote Employment Law Specialist. This contract role invites you to shape the future of AI research with your extensive legal knowledge.
Mercor seeks a Legal Expert with 1-4 years of experience in employment or labor law. Candidates should have a J.D. or its international equivalent and a valid legal license in the U.S., Canada, or U.K. You will design workplace scenarios, write high-quality legal responses, and ensure comprehensive analysis of AI-generated outputs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create realistic EEOC and labor-related workplace scenarios
• Write attorney-level ‘golden’ reference responses
• Assess AI responses based on rigorous criteria
• Provide insightful feedback to research teams for improvement
• Engage in onboarding and specialized calibration sessions
Requirements:
• 1-4 years of employment law practice
• Must hold a J.D. or equivalent qualification
