We are seeking an Engineering Manager – Mechanical & Electrical to lead and develop a distributed team of LATAM-based engineering resources.

This role is mechanically driven , with strong responsibility for design quality, execution, and manufacturability, while also overseeing electrical engineering integration.

You will act as the key bridge between U.S.-based stakeholders and LATAM execution teams , ensuring all deliverables are accurate, aligned, and delivered on time.

This is a technical leadership role , requiring deep involvement in engineering work, not a people-only management position.
