We're hiring one highly organized, detail-obsessed person to work directly with our CEO and our lead salesperson, taking work off their plates so they can focus on growth. This is a hybrid role with one clear center of gravity: you will own our billing and accounts receivable. Around that core, you'll also act as an executive and sales assistant — managing inboxes, scheduling, follow-ups, CRM updates, and the small-but-important tasks that keep a busy team moving.
