Placemakr is seeking an HR Operations Generalist to join their remote-first team based in Argentina. In this role, you will manage day-to-day people operations, ensuring that HR processes are efficient while ensuring compliance with local labor regulations.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in HR or related fields, at least 3 years of experience in an HR role, and strong organizational skills with empathy. Fluency in Spanish is strongly preferred.
