**Remote Sales Assistant / Appointment Setter (Bilingual - Spanish/English)**
We are a fast-growing U.S.based solar company looking for a reliable and detail-oriented **sales assistant / appointment setter** to help manage our lead pipeline and support deals through completion.
This role combines **front-end lead follow-up** with **back-end pipeline management**. You will be responsible for setting appointments and ensuring deals continue moving forward after the sale.
**Responsibilities:Lead Follow-Up & Appointment Setting**
- Qualify homeowners and gather basic information
- Schedule appointments for the sales team
- Re-engage older leads and maintain consistent follow-up
- Confirm and remind customers to ensure appointments are completed
- Update CRM (GoHighLevel) with accurate notes and statuses
