The Technical Director must possess a thorough understanding of broadcast methods of measuring audio and video signals to ensure quality control of ESPN endorsed standards on all events. Taking directions from the show Director, the TD operates the transition between video sources to maintain the high quality standards. Requires the ability to work well under pressure and deadlines. Must be able to direct a crew in the absence of additional on-site management.

Position Summary: 

The Technical Director works on a variety of video switchers and automation systems to support productions. Work will be performed in a fast-paced environment for a wide variety of content relying on both traditional and non-traditional production approaches.
