Compugen is seeking an experienced inside sales representative committed to providing exceptional customer experience. The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for managing an assigned portfolio of complex customers in the support and coordination of all activities in the quote to delivery cycle. The goal is to ensure that our customers’ expectations are proactively managed and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities

• Provides quotes to customers using extensive product knowledge and expertise
• Liaise with Sales Executives and all internal departments to ensure a seamless procurement experience for assigned customers
• Lead large deployments that contain services and complex customer requirements
• Manage orders throughout the entire cycle, from order entry to invoicing
• Work with the Sales Support team to ensure customer orders are placed and acknowledged in a manner that exceeds expectations
