Supporting the Vision, Values, Purpose and Commitments of Fraser Health including service delivery that is centered around patients/clients/residents and families: The Representative, Disability Management (DM) works with members of the Absence Management & Stay-at-Work team to ensure the integration of services that promote early and safe return to work for employees.
