Key Responsibilities Develop, update, and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project. Monitor project progress and ensure activities are aligned with approved schedules and milestones. Track project budgets, commitments, expenditures, and forecasts to maintain effective cost control. Identify cost and schedule variances and provide recommendations to improve project performance. Support the implementation of Earned Value Management (EVM) techniques to measure project efficiency and productivity. Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards, KPI reports, and management presentations. Assist project managers with forecasting, planning, resource allocation, and performance analysis.
