Job Description

Short Intro and About the Job

Research & Development Manager is responsible for developing of fresh dairy products for various European markets taking part in innovation, renovation and productivity projects. This role representing the R&I interests to multiple internal cross-functional partners and to external partners during all projects.
In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating and execution of all R&I tasks required to ensure progression through the stage gates of the project management system including: lab prototyping, organization of pilot plant tests, conducting industrial tests in plants, leading industrial product launches, conducting and interpretation of analytical measurements
  • Participating in the design of consumer tests, organizing sample production, and ensuring product quality for the consumer test
  • Cooperating with internal stakeholders (. Quality, UX, R&I EU Team, Marketing)
