Research Scientist - Radiation Detector Technology

We are now looking for a Research Scientist within Radiation Detector Technology
You should be dedicated and self-motivated, proactive and creative.
Ph.D in Physics, Electrical Engineering, or related field
Solid knowledge of semiconductor device physics and fabrication processes
Experience in design and development of silicon photodetectors and/or other types of semiconductor radiation detectors
Familiarity with cleanroom environment and CMOS fabrication tools and methods
Experience in semiconductor device and process simulation tools (TCAD)
