Job Description
The Reservations Coordinator oversees the daily operations of the department, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient handling of all reservation-related requests. Key responsibilities include managing guest room bookings, communicating with guests and travel agencies to provide information about the hotel and local area, processing payments, and coordinating group block reservations. The coordinator also monitors the quality of guest interactions managed by Guest Experience Hosts, ensuring alignment with the hotel’s standards of luxury and hospitality.
Ability to deliver professional, personalized, and engaging luxury service.
Fluent and confident communication skills in both Spanish and English.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and task follow-through.
Familiarity with rate management, promotions, and OTA extranets (e.g., Expedia, Booking.com).
