This opportunity is ideal for an experienced legal professional with approximately 10+ years of residential real estate experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing files independently while delivering exceptional client service.
Salary:  $75,000–$85,000
Responsibilities

• Support lawyers with residential real estate transactions
• Conduct Land Titles, tax, and PPR searches
• Prepare and review purchase, mortgage, and related real estate documents
• Register and discharge Land Titles documents
• Manage trust funds related to transactions
• Draft correspondence and legal documents with minimal supervision
• Proofread documents for accuracy and formatting
• Provide file status updates to banks, clients, and stakeholders
