Your Key Responsibilities As an RM Senior, you will be responsible for capacity management supporting deployment and the development of the Consulting client-serving professionals. Deployment

Support Consulting RM SSL Leads in addressing complex scheduling assignments.

Regularly review CRM/pipeline data to proactively match resources to committed deals and highly probable pursuits.

Conduct skill and bio/CV searches focused on matching project needs with required skills, development opportunities and project risk.

Assist with the creation and maintenance of accurate personnel and client project schedules.
