The Role

The ideal candidate for the Resource Manager position will have strong communication and organizational skills. They will use their in‑depth experience to support the Sales and Delivery Practice teams, analyze and present report findings to the leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Project Management to
  • Maintain a long‑term forecast for team members.
  • Manage allocation of team members and alleviate over‑ or under‑allocation.
  • Provide solutions to mitigate staffing issues and conflicting priorities.
• Collaborate with Sales and Delivery Managers to
  • Manage services team allocation to a new opportunity and facilitate handoff.
  • Set expectations on resource availability and assignment lead times.
