The Respiratory Therapy Professional Practice Lead (PPL) is a specialized leadership role responsible for advancing clinical practice, supporting staff development, and promoting excellence in patient care across ALA programs. This position provides mentorship, clinical consultation, and professional leadership to Respiratory Therapy staff and interdisciplinary teams, supporting staff to practice to full scope.
