RESPONSABILE DI PUNTO VENDITA – GDO


La risorsa si occuperà di:

  • Gestione completa del punto vendita e del conto economico
  • Coordinamento, motivazione e sviluppo del team
  • Pianificazione dei turni e organizzazione operativa
  • Monitoraggio KPI, vendite e marginalità
  • Gestione ordini, approvvigionamenti e stock
  • Garanzia del rispetto delle procedure aziendali, normative HACCP e sicurezza
  • Cura dell'esperienza del cliente e degli standard di servizio

    • Requisiti richiesti:

  • Esperienza pregressa nel ruolo di Vice responsabile o Responsabile di Punto Vendita in ambito GDO o retail strutturato
  • Spiccate capacità di leadership e gestione delle risorse
  • Forte orientamento ai risultati e al cliente
