**About the Role**

Petit Crenn is scheduled to open in **October 2026** and will be centrally located in the historic InterContinental Melbourne the Rialto.

As the **Restaurant Manager,** you will be the face of the restaurant, reporting directly to the Area General Manager of Restaurants and Bars and work collaboratively with the Head Chef and other stakeholders to ensure the successful launch and ongoing success of the operation.
