Job Description

Red Chair Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager for one of our clients in a busy 4-star hotel based in Tralee Co. Kerry.

As the Restaurant Manager you must have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for hospitality.


REQUIREMENTS

  • 3+ years’ experience as a restaurant manager or in a related hospitality role.

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills with an outgoing personality

  • Ability to work well under pressure.

  • Ensuring outstanding customer service is achieved at all times.

  • Strong management skills.

  • Strong knowledge of food service, hospitality operations, and industry standards.
