Retail Business Manager
Location: Kochi
Experience: Minimum 10 years in retail (not from dry fruits)
Age: 40–48 years
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end operations of multiple retail outlets.
Oversee 14 existing stores and support expansion with 2 new stores.
Drive sales, profitability, and operational excellence across all stores.
Ensure achievement of revenue and business targets.
Monitor store performance, inventory, customer service, and compliance.
Lead and develop store management teams.
Responsible for complete Profit & Loss (P&L) management.
Candidate Profile
Minimum 10 years of retail operations experience.
Must have managed at least 5–6 retail outlets simultaneously.
Strong experience in multi-unit retail management.
Excellent leadership, commercial acumen, and analytical skills.
