**How you will contribute**

In this role, you will be at the forefront of shaping our Retail Media strategy across top FMCG retail partners. Your key responsibilities include:

+ **Strategic Planning & Execution** – Own the end-to-end annual planning and activation of Retail Media Networks across our priority retail customers
+ **Customer Partnerships** – Represent Mondelēz in customer workshops, championing the digital agenda and pioneering RMN launches with new retail partners
+ **Capability Building** – Develop and embed digital capabilities within teams managing omnichannel customers
+ **Cross-Functional Leadership** – Collaborate across Sales, Trade Marketing, Media, Marketing, and RGM to advance the digital agenda organization-wide
