The Role

You’ll be Weekendesk's first dedicated CRM leader, accountable for repeat revenue, customer lifetime value, and the full lifecycle experience across all countries. Today the team is one person. Your job is to lead them, grow the function, and make CRM a real growth lever for the business.

KPIs You’ll Own

• Repeat booking rate & CLTV
• CRM revenue contribution
• Automation coverage & journey maturity
• Engagement across channels (email, push, SMS, WhatsApp)

What You’ll Do

• Define the CRM & retention vision across all markets
