This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented and organised individual to take ownership of a critical function within a busy operations environment. This role will see you acting as the central point of control for all returns processes, ensuring they are managed efficiently, accurately and within agreed timelines from initial request through to final resolution. You'll work cross-functionally with warehouse, logistics, sales and accounts teams, playing a key role in maintaining smooth operations and high levels of customer satisfaction.
