Job Duties:

  • Prepare, calculate, and issue financial documents such as invoices, bills, account statements, and project cost reports using computerized and manual systems.
  • Code, enter, verify, and reconcile transactions including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, purchase orders, cheques, and bank statements.
  • Compile and analyze budget and revenue data for solar projects, considering estimated costs, previous budgets, and supplier quotations.
  • Calculate project costs including materials, labor, and overhead, and prepare period-end or project cost statements.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding invoices and payments, maintaining good client relations and resolving problems.
  • Maintain filing and record systems, and perform clerical tasks such as word processing, photocopying, and faxing.
