Revenue Operations Manager

Lightspeed is looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to join our Global Revenue Planning & Reporting team as the owner of GTM governance, operating rules, and performance tooling. In this role, you’ll define how the GTM organization runs – setting the policies, business rules and system requirements that keep Sales, Marketing and Finance aligned and moving in the same direction.

What you’ll be doing:

• Own GTM operating rules – define and maintain the rules of engagement that govern how the GTM org works: account categorisation, routing, ownership assignment and lifecycle status definitions across Salesforce and connected systems
• Translate policy into system requirements – act as the bridge between GTM leadership decisions and Information Systems, ensuring every business rule is documented, implemented and auditable
