Revenue Operations Manager

Salary Range: $112,181.00 to $128,200.00 Annually

About the opportunity

The Revenue Operations Manager is responsible for operating and optimizing CPA Canada’s revenue systems across marketing, sales, and member success.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Commercial Operations, this role owns CRM governance, lifecycle automation, pipeline integrity, and revenue process optimization. The manager ensures that commercial teams operate with disciplined workflows, accurate data, and clear visibility into performance.

This is a hands‑on execution role that builds and leverages AI agents, AI enabled tools and automation platforms to improve operational rigor, system configuration, and continuous process improvement in support of acquisition, adoption, expansion, and renewal.
